That Budget App

Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard

Once you open the app, you will land on the Dashboard. This is where you can see an overview of your financial health.

• • Toggle between Day Mode and Night Mode at the top.
• • The Budget Summary Chart shows your income, spending, and remaining balance.

Step 2: Adding Your Income

To start tracking your earnings:

• • Tap the 'Income' button.
• • Enter your income source (e.g., 'Amazon' for your salary).
• • Input the amount (e.g., £2,000).
• • Select the category (e.g., Salary & Wages).
• • Choose the start date (e.g., the last day of the month).
• • Add any optional notes then tap 'Save'.

Step 3: Adding Multiple Income Sources

If you have multiple income sources, follow the same steps:

• • Tap 'Add New Income'.
• • Enter another source (e.g., eBay) and the income amount (e.g., £150).
• • Adjust the date if needed.
• • Tap 'Save'.

Step 4: Viewing Your Income Summary

Your updated income is displayed in the dashboard summary so you can track your earnings.

Step 5: Tracking Your Spending

• • Navigate to the Spending section.
• • Tap 'Add New Expense'.
• • Enter the expense category (e.g., Groceries, Rent).
• • Input the amount spent.
• • Select the frequency (one-time or recurring).
• • Tap 'Save'.

Step 6: Visualizing Your Budget

Analyze your spending habits in the Charts section:

• • Pie charts breaking down expenses by category.
• • Bar graphs tracking income and spending trends.
