Support data: messages you submit through the contact form, including your email address and message content.
How we use your data
To provide the core service, including storing and displaying your finance data and workspace content.
To operate shared features such as family workspaces, activity history, reminders, and notifications.
To manage subscriptions, billing access, plan limits, trials, and account administration.
To provide support, investigate issues, and improve stability and product quality.
Service providers and infrastructure
Your application data is stored and processed using Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. This includes authentication, hosting, and database services.
If you purchase a paid subscription, billing is processed through Stripe.
If transactional emails are enabled, messages such as invites or reminders may be sent through Gmail SMTP infrastructure configured by the app owner.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
Legal bases for processing
We process your data to perform the service you request when you use the app.
We also process certain data to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, secure the service, and maintain legitimate operational records such as billing and audit history.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or operational necessity.
If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data associated with your personal workspace, subject to any legal or operational records that must be retained.
