By accessing or using That Budget App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you create an account or continue using the app after an updated version of these terms is presented, that use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

That Budget App is a budgeting and finance management service. It helps users record financial information, track budgets, manage shared workspaces, and review related analytics.

The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change over time as features are added, removed, or improved.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address up to date.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

You may not upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into the app.

That Budget App is a tracking and planning tool. It does not provide regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You should verify important financial decisions independently, especially where debt, credit, tax, or legal obligations are involved.

Paid subscriptions, where offered, are billed through Stripe.

Trials, discounts, or temporary Pro access may be granted at our discretion. Trial periods do not guarantee future pricing or continued access to paid features.

If a workspace is placed on a manual Pro Trial, paid billing does not start automatically unless the user separately purchases a subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal requirements, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be made through the app where available.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent feature availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Budget App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
